Summary:

The role is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization’s digital presence across B2B platforms, the company website, social media channels, and paid advertising campaigns. This includes overseeing website content and SEO, designing digital assets, executing social media strategies, planning and optimizing paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, and analyzing performance metrics to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and overall marketing effectiveness. The position requires a data-driven approach to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Education:

Graduate or Post Graduate (Certificate in digital marketing)

Experience:

Around 1-3 years of prior experience in similar business would be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

    B2B Platform Management:
    Manage and optimize presence on B2B platforms to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
    Develop strategies to target and engage business audiences across multiple platforms.

    Website Editing and SEO:
    Oversee website content management, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with SEO best practices.
    Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.
    Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and conversion rates.

    Designing and Social Media Marketing:
    Create visually appealing digital assets for social media channels, websites, and email campaigns.
    Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
    Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics.

    Paid Advertising (LinkedIn & Google Ads):
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
    Monitor ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and analyze ROI to ensure effective use of advertising budgets.
    Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals that drive conversions.

    Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
    Present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.

The primary role would be to ensure that the Marketing strategy is geared towards increasing business growth, profits, budget achievement and increasing shareholder return. The key areas would involve bringing new and innovative ideas to the business and look for opportunities to expand and create a goodwill in the marketing territory.

Specialty Chemicals, Commodity Chemicals, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, and Food Ingredients (experience in these industries will be preferred).

Education:

Job Title: Trainee/ Executive / Associate Manager / Manager - Marketing

Graduation: BE/Btech having Chemical Engineering OR B.sc having Chemistry as a Major.
Post-graduation: ME/Mtech having Chemical Engineering OR M.sc having Chemistry as a Major.
MBA in Marketing: Candidates having MBA in Marketing from reputed universities will be given first preference.

0 - 10 years of experience. (Around 1-2 years of prior experience in similar business would be preferred.)

Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Market planning which includes corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning.   
    • Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, seminars, exhibitions etc. Overall Branding of Company, its Products & Services.   
    • Increasing market share by Identifying New Products, New markets, New Customers.
    • Developing product wise business plan for achieving targeted sales & profitability
    • Finding new application for product & Timely Sales positions based on market intelligence.
    • Identifying newer value proposition for customers & devising plan to deliver.
    • Lead Inquiry, Order Management, Receivable management, Customer satisfaction & complaint redressal.
    • Cross functional Interface with Sourcing-Risk-Finance-Logistics-Operation
    • Maintain regular dialogue with the Reporting Manager on important and strategic issues of the company
    • Ensuring that the Reporting Managers are alerted to forthcoming complex, contentious or sensitive issues affecting the Company.
    • Develop and manage Marketing & Expense Budget for the assigned territory.   
    • To keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategy and performance and use analytical frameworks, strategic business models and tools to interpret and translate into results.

REMUNERATION: (CTC IN INR)

Fresh Graduates: 2.10 LPA to 3 LPA
Fresh Post-Graduates: 3.00 LPA to 4.50 LPA
Experienced: Depends on Candidate’s Experience & Profile. Hence No bar for the right candidate.
