Summary:

The primary role is to assist Head of Accounts Department in day-to-day accounting work, bookkeeping, petty cash maintenance, day book maintenance, preparing vouchers, GST, TDS, TCS, MSME working and compliance with statutory requirements, also MIS for management with the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records.

    • Ensuring Proper Bank Charges and CC/OD Interest.
    • Inspection of GST compliance of vendors
    • Bank Payment & Receipt.

    • JV, Debit Note & Credit Note working & entry as per instruction and approvals.
    • Overdue interest calculation of customers and issuing the debit notes.
    • Bill passing of direct and indirect expenses and ensures accurate financial recording.
    • All statutory payments, TDS & TCS calculation and return filing.
    • Preparation of MIS.
    • Document filling & record management.
    • Leading and managing internal and statutory audits.
    • Reconciliation of ledger and Balance Confirmation of internal and external parties.
    • Liaising with internal and external parties.
    • Managing MSME compliance activities.
    • Internal Controls.

    · Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.

    · Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, transporters and consumers. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

    · Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

    · Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. Comply with ISO requirements. Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.

    · Create policies or procedures for logistics activities. Process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.

    · Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.

    · Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistic with business systems & processes.

    · Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.

    · Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies. Compliance of packing & labelling requirement as per source & destination requirement.

    · Periodically review the performance of team and ensuring direction setting, corrective & appreciative feedback, budgeting for the department & monitoring
